About April 24
This event commemorates the 6th anniversary of the Rana Plaza factory collapse in Bangladesh on April 24, 2013. The deadliest garment factory incident in history, where 1,138 men and women lost their lives and many more were seriously injured. Fashion Revolution was born on the day that Rana Plaza collapsed to catalyze global debate around the fashion industry, asking the critical question, #whomademyclothes?
